Why The Holes?

Well simply, because we get amazing results (we have pictures to prove it) and have been for over a decade. There actually is a lot of research and innovation that went into the layout and design of the basket openings and that’s why we secure a patent on the design back in 2006. And of course that’s why we are seeing a lot of “me too” copy cat ideas out there.

So Why The Holes?

Holes spaced vertically along the basket allow for a fuller display of flowers more fitting for the elevated position of a

hanging basket. For example, if the basket is hanging at or above eye level, you don’t even see the top of the pot, so why focus our efforts there. Bloom Master changes that concept and puts the flowers out the sides where you can appreciate them. Of course also with holes around the side we have more planting surface area than standard baskets (4 times more actually). This allows for not just more plants but a wider diversity of varieties making more interesting and textured baskets.

And as if that wasn’t already enough reasons, the holes also make the plants healthier because they allow oxygen to the soil, nourishing the roots.
